  • Here in Sri Lanka as well these Russells Vipers are so prominent, they dont mess about and have a nuclear temperament. One of my friends accidently stepped onto it but the viper missed the strike which dont happend often but this lucky this guy law him immediately but the Viper was so pissed he said to have chased the fellow good twenty thirty feet. Very dangerous snake

  • Hola Dingo, I live in Mexico, and recently we have found three large Fer De Lance snakes out in the open around some construction we are finishing. The workers killed two, one very large and I feel terrible for the snakes, but can’t argue with the workers as to their safety. We are in QUINTANA ROO, and many locals have not ever seen one. Do you think we have a nest close by, how can we safeguard the property?

  • Are there any docile venomous snakes? It seems to me the natural disposition of all of them is to want to bite when confronted, when they feel threatened. It's like nature gave them a lethal bio weapon and they aren't shy about using it. Where as constrictors are more prone to be docile and it seems most of the one's that aren't when wild can still be socialized..

  • Hate to say it but I think its not going to be too long b4 there's a video lamenting the fact that Dingo's been killed by a snake bite. Too many near misses I think he should have someone else speaking to the camera providing commentary when his handling a dangerous snake so he can have 100 percent focus on the snake. Or have another handler and he provides commentary and then he might not get bitten and have a long fruitful career.

  • I remember about 2-3 years ago me and my sisters, older brother and my mother went to buffalo Springs lake and on are last day we were swimming when all of a sudden my elder sister Kail screamed "GET OUT OF THE WATER THERES A COPPERHEAD' me and my other siblings swam and made it out without getting bit. But I always didn't think it was a big deal until now I mean I knew they are pretty dangerous snakes, but I really didn't think at all about it until this year and I am grateful for such a kind big sister.

  • Dingo, What's stopping that viper from striking you? It looked like he was getting pretty close to your hand and face.

    Larry ConradLarry Conrad15 päivää sitten
    • It basically just comes down to his knowledge & experience in handling snakes like this, and experience with this individual snake in particular, and always watching its temperament and movement so he can react accordingly to avoid being bit. Of course there's always an unpredictability factor and huge risk doing this, Dingo is just comfortable in taking those risks depending on the individual snakes.

  • @Razak Shah Snake Rescuer Thank God you survived that unbelievable bite from a Russell's Viper! As Dingo told us in this video, you did nothing wrong when handling that snake. It was just an unexpected leap upwards by the snake that resulted in the bite to your hand. It took many vials of antivenin to save you...that was a very serious bite! I pray that you continue moving toward a complete recovery and that you and your family have a very safe and Happy New Year, 2021! From Phoenix, Arizona USA 🇺🇸 🌵🌄🏜

My cats do that when I play with the stick toys with mouse on strings..they get bored with the mouse and look at my can see they figure out fast enough my "hand" is controlling the mouse not the stick or string.

  • Fight venom with toxins. How about spraying down the snake with a low dose of an curare analog that it absorbs through respiration and its eyes. Let's see if it can move like that with the functioning of its motor neurons impaired. Yes, I'm not a snake fan. This thing is not any smarter than a rat and we kill rats without hesitation.
