Public exhibits are crucial to spreading a message of conservation to people who would often not think twice about these animals during the course of their normal lives. In todays video we show you one of our latest exhibits which we put up for 6 weeks during the festive season here in South Africa.

    • Love your channel! Ive watched many documentaries on snakes an noticed that most venomous means different things to different people. I would take it like yours and the inland taipan would be number one. Ive also seen most venomous meaning the most venom injected by volume of bite and I think that goes either to the gaboon viper or my favorite the king cobra

I hope your efforts and all your hard work putting it together gets the word to everyone that comes through the exhibit, that all snakes are beautiful creatures and are not evil monsters!. I used to be deathly afraid if snakes, them my daughter got a corn snake, and a Dumeril boa. She's gorgeous and I hold her too. My favorites are venomous snakes!

  • Love the places your videos take us from America here to Africa over there in the malls to swimming with cobra's in a waterway the scenery is always gorgeous and the animals always amaze me and your conservation message is so very powerful and heartfelt that it makes me want to learn how I can help much more than breeding ball pythons in captivity over here I'd love to work with venomous species someday but I'm afraid my back and my nervous system wouldn't allow that to happen so I guess I will just continue to support real conservationist like yourself and Chandler from the states here to help teach about these amazing animals and their habitats. Thank you for your time and your love of these animals and for bringing them into our homes and educating the public that the old saying a good snake is a dead snake isn't true. God speed and may he keep you and your family safe and around for years to come to bring us these animals. The work you do is not for everyone but it is something everyone should be working towards.

  • I’d love to see the snakes in person but I’ll never be able to come clean to Africa I hope one day someone near maryland opens up a place like yours but I don’t see it ever happening we never get the good businesses because they know people in the community can’t afford the prices the city people can so no one takes the risk it sucks but it is the way it is!

  • Very nice set up Dingo. I'd love to come to Africa one day and maybe spend a few days working with you just for the sheer thrill doing something useful. With the exception of the Yellow Banded Sea snake and Sea Krait, we don't have snakes in New Zealand, and not much in the way of reptiles. We do have some crazy birds - Kea, Kaka, Kakapo.

  • Dingo (and Kirsty) - I must say that the displays you and your team constructed for this shopping mall are absolutely impressive, drop-dead gorgeous and completely epic. You and your team should be extremely proud of your work and efforts. I have to believe when the exhibit is over in six weeks, that you will definitely convert people who were previously apprehensive about snakes and other wildlife, into total believers; and possibly future conservation champions. Absolutely a great, great job!!

    • Well, 35°C (95°F) to 42°C (107°F) can be fun, however, you sweat your backside off and burn to a crisp in this Africa sun. Also, here in KZN, the wind is scorching hot and there is no running to the shade to cool of, as the humidity is normally 80%to100% which makes the heat feel +5°C hotter.
