  • There are a couple of videos of snake catchers in "India" who use a plastic bottle to transport the snake when caught, here we see it's not a real good idea .....use a catch bag.

    Graham HillierGraham Hillier2 kuukautta sitten
  • Obviously, the life of the person is more important than the life of the snake (if the person is a decent human being), but I'm curious if ripping the snake off his hand would put the animal's life in more danger. I saw something similar occur with a python (or another type of constrictor). When the snake was pried from the person's skin, it lost many teeth. Afterwards the snake would not eat & eventually died.

  • I am not snake catcher but using my instincts I will take it from the tail and careful let the head go first on that bottle.

  • I Saw That Video awhile Back and because I Watch Dingo I immediately Knew this Was a Dangerous Way to Handle this long muscular animal especially when I saw his container ! Man I applaud his Calm but it was So Nerve wracking to See him attempt a glass jar that had no depth and the lip so narrow ! Yes he went to hospital right away and I hope he’s doing well ! I know more about Snakes Than I would ever thought I would because my perception was from a predjudicial “ evil/satan slitherer Rather Than a intelligent Animal that has environmental Dangers and is equipped to defend themselves not to hunt innocent souls! I am glad we are being educated on Animals that have been demonized to near extinction ! 🙏🏻🐍

  • Every time I see these Dingo demo's the snake looks like it is inches from Dingo's chest, feet, legs..its crawling up the tong and could easily bite him. Im grateful he has not been bitten but isnt that "foolish" if you are a "pro"? leaving the glass doors open as your back is to the snake. Talking like the snake will not bite food but do you really REALLY know for sure? Again, "pro" or "foolish"?

  • My ex wife often laughed at my extreme fear of snakes. To taunt me even more, she purchased a bloody boa! She kept that animal in a fish tank on a bench at the foot of our bed! I would have nightmares of that animal getting out of the tank. I finally persuaded her to put that tank on top of an entertainment centre that was handmade and had a large flat top. All the time I watched the telly I had that boa staring at me lol. At least with my fear, there is no way I'm getting near a snake, and I won't get bit. She finally gave the snake to a bloke that had a setup like Dingo. After our split up, I remarried, and I married a Brit and I immigrated to the UK 20 years ago. 1 great thing snakes about that can sneak up on me lol. I wouldn't do well in Australia, too many animals and spiders that want to kill you lmao. Watching these videos make me edgy lol.

  • If you ask me, anyone who would handle a venomous snake is foolish. To risk your life to handle that snake is crazy, it's almost like Russian Roulette. I understand that training can help mitigate the risk, but even trained snake handlers get bit. No thanks...

    CplSki USMCCplSki USMC3 kuukautta sitten
  • There's a reason why Chandler uses a giant trash can to put his snakes in while he cleans their cages - that jar is way too small! You need a big container! And I would think that's doubly true if you are new to snakes. And some people might act really calm if they are shocked it happened?

    Sarah B.Sarah B.3 kuukautta sitten
  • no worries - i have no intention of ever handling a snake myself ;)

  • You keep talking about getting to the hospital for treatment quickly. I think I've even heard you say you need to get the anti-venom in your system within 30 minutes or it's game over. Most often when Ive had to take my wife to the ER, it's taken far longer than that before we even get to talk to the registration clerk. On one occasion it was over 7 hours before we got seen at Jackson General, TN. Glad we don't have cobras or mambas here.

They're beautifully clean and it stands out miles just how much you love your animals from the way you talk to them and not about them. Fantastic Dingo ! Nobody could take that away from you if they tried. I love watching your videos and I've learned a few things since I started, albeit reluctantly. Thanks Dingo.
